The Scenario
The story of Bleeding Neon unfolds across three intricately connected arcs, each driving the others forward:
The Samurais Arc
Sixth Street Samurais is not your run-of-the-mill gang of Street Runners and two-bit thugs. Naaa, my Kirru! Led by Troy Watanabe, Samurais are seen as protectors who shield their district from the violence and corporate oppression that plague the rest of West End. And they’re only able to do so because of their financial well-being. Their power and influence stem from a diverse portfolio of businesses, the most critical and profitable of which is their Temporal Smuggling operation. It is their lifeline. Without it, everything would fall apart. So when somebody starts attacking their shipments, Dante knows things are about to get violent. What starts as a couple of FRAGs getting a little rowdy and punching above their weight class quickly spirals into a deeper conspiracy full of shifting allegiances, gangland politics, and ghosts from the past that threaten not just Sixth Street Samurais, but the very future of West End. As tensions between the gangs of West End escalate and the threat of open war looms, Dante and Troy must navigate the shifting tides of power and do whatever it takes to save their home.
